We are up to date with the managing authorities and will not begin the trip with knowledge of a closed park. For guests coming from Belize City and San Pedro: Due to sudden and fluctuating weather patterns which are beyond our control, alternate packages will be provided to allow you to continue enjoying the Belize experience, but no refund will be offered.
Answer: The transfer tenders usually takes about 20 minutes. However, if the weather conditions are not good, sometimes delays can occur. However, the tour takes about four hours so a slight delay will not hinder your cave or zip line experiences. However, CEI BELIZE will assess all factors, such as time and traffic, and if we feel that the tour cannot be done to ensure your satisfied experiences, then we will advise you and offer other options. It is very important to us that you leave with memorable experiences of Belize.
